Fibon
laminating composite is a reinforced thermoset material consisting
of woven glass fabric impregnated with a specially formulated
high quality, high pressure and high temperature epoxy resin
binder to meet requirements of the assembly machines in the
semiconductor industry. The Fibon ESD composites is to function
as a material that can safety discharge electric fields that
may damage the sensitive semi-conductor components and computer
chips on a PCB during production process on a conveyor belt |

Surface
Chemical Resistance Laminate
The Fibon Film composite material is used
to laminate surface for protection from chemical penetration.
It is normally produced in rolled-form for customers who are
mainly involved in construction and petrochemical industries.
Depending on the customer’s requirement, the Fibon film
can be customized by changing type of chemical resistance
polymer.

| Bakelite
Sheet
Laminated sheets are reorganized as tested
as engineering material. Suitable for mechanical and electrical
application with good electrical properties under normal humidity
conditions.
