Sales & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Plans and implements sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range targeted toward existing and new markets for the Group.
  • Plans and overseas advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Develops and recommends products positioning, packaging, distribution and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to ensure that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Established and maintains the approved corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional material, and events.
  • Coordinates and works with other units within the Group.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising / Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to travel.
